Congratulations to Commander Moore! San Diego State University was of great benefit to my Pearl Harbor research.
In the late 1980s, a research librarian at SDSU made arrangements so I could check the Pearl Harbor Attack Hearings out of their archives to enable me to copy all 39-volumes. I borrowed 3 to 5 parts of PHA at a time. Made the copies over a period of about two years. (Did this at SDSU’s Love Library. This is where I had my initial contact with the entire set of the Pearl Harbor Attack Hearings. The borrowed parts of PHA were taken to a professional copy shop in San Diego where I did the duplication work with them—one page at a time.)
My brother in law, Dr. Victor Camp, has been a geology professor at SDSU since the late 1980s.
I wish Commander Moore the greatest success in her career in the United States Navy.
