JEROME RAPIN – 47 Years of Honorable Service

Congratulations on your retirement, sir!  Fair Winds and Following Seas!

Mr. Rapin joined the Civil Service in March 2001 following a 31½-year enlisted and officer career in the U.S. Navy and a brief period as a consultant in the private sector. He became a Senior Executive in 2003 and is currently assigned to the staff of Commander Fleet Cyber Command / U.S. Tenth Fleet.
