Remembering CTRCS David “Blake” McLendon, KIA Afghanistan

From his earliest days, Senior Chief David “Blake” McLendon was aware of brave individuals who had devoted their lives to the service of their country. CAPT Mark Meade Assumes Command of Navy Reserve NIOC Georgia

On November 18th, 2017, and after an extremely successful tour, Captain Greg Emery was relived by Captain Mark Meade as Commanding Officer of Navy Reserve Navy Information Operations Command Georgia (NR NIOC GA).

Remembering EW3 Joseph P. Watson, KIA USS STARK (FFG 31)

A 1979 graduate of Ferndale High School in Oakland County Michigan, Watson studied engineering for two years at Michigan State University. He dropped out and enlisted in the Navy in 1984.

Remembering EW3 Charles Thomas Moller, USN KIA USS STARK (FFG 31)

At the time of the attack on USS STARK (FFG 31), EW3 Moller was survived by his wife, Tresa, and 9 month old daughter, Heather, who lived in Jacksonville, Florida. Shortly after graduating Jordan High School in 1979, EW3 Moller enlisted in the Navy.
