9 February, 2025 – Sgt Jacob M Durham, USMC KIA Conducting ISR mission over the Philippines. He was assigned to the 1st Radio Battalion.
26 July, 2023 CTIC Andre C. Elliott, USN died from a terminal illness.He was member of Naval Special Warfare.
19 March, 2023 – CTICS Cody L. Humphrey, USN died when hit by a car. He was a member of Naval Special Warfare.
25 September, 2023 – CTR1(IW/EXW) Andrew James Vestal, USN died while screening for JSOC Intelligence Brigade.
18 July, 2021 – CTT1(IW) Robin Nicole Collins, USN, Killed in the line of duty while TAD/TDY supporting a Commander SIXTH Fleet mission.
16 January 2019 – CTICS(IW/EXW) Shannon M. Kent, USN KIA in Manbij, Syria while supporting Combined Joint Task Force – Operation Inherent Resolved.
7 August, 2017 – CTRCS Leslie Allison Bruner, USN died from cancer. She was a member of Naval Special Warfare
13 March 2013 – CTTC(EXW/IDW/SW) Christian Pike, USN, died in Landstuhl, Germany due to head wound/injuries received while providing intelligence support in support of Naval Special Warfare and Afghan Commando operations.
17 January 2012 – LT Thomas C. Fouke, USN, KIT during physical training preparing to support Naval Special Warfare.
6 August 2011 – IT1(EXW/FPJ) Jared W. Day, USN, KIA in Afghanistan while supporting Naval Special Warfare.
6 August 2021- CTR1(EXW) Michael J. Strange, USN, KIA in Afghanistan while supporting Naval Special Warfare.
5 February 2011 – SGT Lucas T. Pyeatt, USMC, (Linguist), KIA while serving in Afghanistan.
16 October 2010 – CTR2 Seth J. Frias, USN, died from metastatic Ewing’s sarcoma. He was member of Naval Special Warfare Support activity One.
21 September 2010 – CTRCS David “Blake” McLendon, USN, KIA in Afghanistan while supporting Naval Special Warfare.
20 September 2008 – CTM3 Mathew J O’Bryant, USN, KIA while serving in Islamabad, Pakistan.
17 July 2008 – 1st Lt. Jason D. Mann, USMC, was KIA in Garmsir, Afghanistan while serving as an Arab linguist, reconnaissance professional and ground intelligence officer.
6 July 2007 – CTT1(SW) Steven P. Daugherty, USN, KIA in Iraq while supporting Naval Special Warfare.
21 August, 2003 – LT Kylan A. Jones-Huffman was KIA during Operation Iraqi Freedom. He was an intelligence officer. He was killed in Iraq.
