In the early 70’s I worked in this building. It was the Pacific Command ELINT Center, a joint service entity. A couple of years later there was a merge of multiple intelligence organizations becoming the Intelligence Center Pacific, again a joint service entity and while myself and many others continued to work in this building the headquarters was moved to Camp H. M. Smith. I learned a lot while working there.
