Judge Pechman issued her decision on December 28 —a day earlier than expected.
According to Michelle Kinnucan, the Judge has declined to order the NSA to release the 1967 US House Appropriations Committee investigative report on the attack on Liberty. However, she also ordered the NSA and the CIA to provide other documents they are withholding for her in camera review.

BAH HUM BUG…another instance of the government blocking the truth and actual historic facts related to the USS Liberty. Maybe it is time for those of us who were sworn to silence to begin publicly revealing things that we know. It just looks like our government will never give us the truth about the attack on the Liberty. The Freedom of Information request maybe should be expanded to everything that was intercepted by the Navy stations at Yerolakos on Cyprus and Karamursel Tuslog Det 28 in Turkey in addition to what was handled by the highest headquarters.and commands.. There might even be messages intercepted by the station on Cyprus ran by the Department of State.
