Asia S. White, Navy Information Operations Command (NAVIOCOM) Yokosuka.
Chief White continually distinguished herself by demonstrating superior technical, cryptologic, and administrative support to Fleet Operations through her leadership of outstanding Sailors conducting facilities and maintenance duties.
As the Fleet Electronic Support Leading Chief Petty Officer, Maintenance and Material Management Systems Coordinator, and Facilities Manager, she mentored four officers and three contractors while leading 30 Sailors to fulfill NAVIOCOM Yokosuka Cryptologic and Information Warfare mission.
Furthermore, she demonstrated exceptional selflessness by volunteering 25 hours supporting various organizations across the Fleet Activities Yokosuka community and through countless hours of mentorship during the Chief Petty Officer Phase II Season.
Her deep expertise and care for her Sailors, coupled with her aggressive desire for mission accomplishment, epitomizes the core values of the U.S. Naval Cryptologic community and her inspirational leadership has elevated the entire command team.
