Remembering EW3 Charles Thomas Moller, USN KIA USS STARK (FFG 31)

At the time of the attack on USS STARK (FFG 31), EW3 Moller was survived by his wife, Tresa, and 9 month old daughter, Heather, who lived in Jacksonville, Florida. Shortly after graduating Jordan High School in 1979, EW3 Moller enlisted in the Navy.
